- All orders will ship in 3-5 business days* via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We currently do not ship orders with tracking numbers, so we can't tell you how long your order will take to get to you. Most orders shipping within Pennsylvania make it in about 2-3 days after being shipped. Destinations closer to Pittsburgh will usually take 1-2 days once shipped.
- * A business day is Monday - Friday 9a - 5:30p (non-holiday). All orders received after 5:30p are considered received next day.
- Returns/Normal
- Since we sell novelty items, we cannot accept returns.
- Returns/Defective
- We triple check each item when we receive it and before we ship it to you. We process high volumes of orders at times and sometimes miss a slight defect in the material or print. In the event that you receive an item with a defect, you can return it to us for another or receive a full refund for the returned item.
